Subscriptions Aligned with Value + Gratitude = Increased Profits

In this blog, I would like to discuss the value of our subscriptions.

Subscriptions are a valuable part of the ecosystem of our business. Especially if you run an online business, they feed the soil by helping to capture leads, manage finances, market to customers, automate sales processes, collect payments, deliver programs, and so much more.

In these ways, they add value to our business; But if we are paying for subscriptions to things we no longer use and haven’t canceled, they don’t add any value and are equivalent to throwing money away. They are leaks in our system that subtract from what we're doing and have a negative effect on profitability. This happens to all of us.

When we align subscriptions to value, gratitude increases.

Another benefit of managing subscriptions is as we eliminate ones that don’t add value, we reinforce the value of those that do.

We honor and retain subscription services that are the lifeblood of an online business because they make it all work.

Once you have eliminated subscriptions you no longer need and appreciated those you do, you'll have the wonderful experience of looking at your list of subscriptions and saying, “Yes, everything the business invests in supports profitability, serves our customers, improves efficiencies, saves on labor, and all these other great benefits they bring.”
